A series of controlled exercises using primarily the abdominal muscles. The exercises build on core awareness and strength while integrating breathing and stretching to work the entire body.
TUESDAYS at 9am

FRIDAYS at 9am
A fun and fast paced full body group Pilates equipment workout. Participants are lead through exercises circuiting through the reformers, wunda chairs, half trap tables and mats. Previous pilates equipment work suggested.
TUESDAYS at 5:30pm
Yin yoga offers deep access to the connective tissues of the body. The combination of yin and myofscial techniques can release muscle tension, relieve pain and correct structural imbalances.
WEDNESDAYS at 5:30pm
A combination of Pilates mat and other exercises which are designed to work the upper and lower body. This prop based class incorporates resistance ring known as a Magic Circle. The circle is especially great for hard to tone areas like the back of the upper arm and inner thighs.
SATURDAYS at 9am
This class weaves asana (physical postures) along with pranayama (breathwork). Focusing on specific postures every month will bring new depths and applications to your practice.
