A fun and fast paced full body group Pilates equipment workout. Participants are lead through exercises circuiting through the reformers, wunda chairs, half trap tables and mats. Previous pilates equipment work suggested.
WEDNESDAYS at 5:30pm
A combination of Pilates mat and other exercises which are designed to work the upper and lower body. This prop based class incorporates resistance ring known as a Magic Circle. The circle is especially great for hard to tone areas like the back of the upper arm and inner thighs.
