A fun and fast paced full body group Pilates equipment workout. Participants are lead through exercises circuiting through the reformers, wunda chairs, half trap tables and props. No class is ever the same and are designed for and effortlessly modified or advanced for the class participants. Previous Pilates equipment work and permission from instructor is required.
MONDAYS at 12:00pm
Class length 45 minutes
A combination of Pilates mat and other exercises which are designed to work the upper and lower body. On alternating weeks the traditional floor mat class will incorporate a Pilates prop resistance ring known as a Magic Circle. The circle resistance is especially great for targeting hard to tone areas. All class participants receive a complementary recording of class via ZOOM which remains available for 2 weeks after class day. No downloading of the Zoom recordings are allowed.
